Warranties 

KA Beddings take immense pride in our handcrafted mattresses and guarantee our customers with great quality product.

For anyone who’s purchased products from KA Beddings, we proudly offer warranties to our customers as we believe our goods meet the highest standards for home use.

  • For your purchased product, your goods can be claimed under warranty if they: 

    • Contain manufacturing defects. 
    • Carry defects on the goods before acceptance.  
    • Stained or worn before goods are accepted.
  • Our customers can claim warranty for the products below if they are within the period shown from the date goods have been received:  

    • Mattresses: 10 years 
    • Bed Frames: 1 year 
    • Furniture: 1 year 
  • Unfortunately, warranty does not cover: 

    • Normal wear and tear; 
    • Defects occurring from abnormal use, misuse or abuse; 
    • Mould; 
    • Smells and bug infestations resulting from lack of care; 
    • Damages to the product by burns, liquid damage and stains 
    • Second-hand products 
    • Incorrect sizing 

For all of our products sold to you, customers are expected to maintain the products in accordance to the product manual provided when receiving the goods. 

KA Beddings have the right to inspect the condition of your purchase before we agree to your warranty claim.  

Your Claim 

For our mattresses, we offer a replacement of the same product code purchased. If the product has been discontinued, KA Beddings will replace your mattress with the succeeding series, of the same size, of your purchased product. You will only be limited to one replacement per mattress. 

For your bed frame and furniture purchased, we offer a replacement of the damaged part only. 

Products with damages that cannot be resolved will be donated to our charity of choice. This aligns with our sustainability vision to reduce our waste to landfill and support the charity in need.

Claiming Warranty: 

The customer is to send the following details to KA Beddings at support@KABeddings.com: 

  1. A brief description of the issue; 
  1. A photo of the issue showing the condition of the purchased item. KA Beddings reserve the right to request for additional photographs, information and descriptions to verify your claim. 
  1. Your proof of purchase which includes your order number and an original copy of the receipt; 
  1. Your contact details including your name and your number for our support team to contact you for additional details relating to your claim, if required. 

To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for reasonable costs and expenses associated with claiming warranty for your purchase. This can include the cost of returning or transporting the product to KA Beddings.
